SORRY. HE DOESN'T REALLY WANT TO KILL ANYONE AT ALL. And he'd totally consider the fate of Kaeleer in doing so and all, but since these questions do not involve any kind of scenario in which this choice has to be made, we're going with the gut here.

Kill: Peter. He and Peter might get along these days, but he's got no illusions about how prolonged exposure to one another would end up and we're leaving Wiggincest issues out here right now.

Which leaves the more difficult ones...

Screw: Topher. Seems like he'd be done with it pretty quickly and then everyone can move on.
Marry: Tony. They'd have a nice, celibate, open marriage where Ender enjoys a modicum of respect and Tony enjoys models on the side.

Marry: At this point, probably Ben. Not just because he loves Ben, but also because out of everyone on that list, Ben's hopes and wishes for the future match best with his, so it seems like it'd be the most viable choice.
Screw: Probably Alai.
Kill: Bean, in an Anton's Key-related mercy killing.
