Will the dreams/visions that the folks who will cross over have be of whatever their AU counter is doing at that precise moment?

Yes! Basically, when they fall asleep, crossover characters are getting a glimpse into the mind of their counterpart. It's up to the player to decide what they see (whether it's something you're playing out over in fh_wishverse or something you're handwaving as having occurred).

Just to make absolutely certain I understand things right before signing up -- If Tara kept her powers in the AU verse, would there be anything she could do with them anyhow? It looks like since the plot doesn't really call for the use of magic on the AU side as part of the solution.
