One Last New Admin

So, we just realized that this official announcement was never made. I blame Tropical Storm Hanna. *looks cute*

We have one last addition to the admin team to announce: Skylie, aka berserkerminsc (and many, many others). Please be kind to her brain for a little while, as she has officially given us the last bits of her sanity. Mwahaha!
