[[Posting for drlambert since LJ is being a pain for her.]]

The 1990s were primetime for the cult classics of television, "The X-Files" and "Highlander" among them. One that often gets overlooked is the vampire show that paved the way for others to follow suit with more hair gel. The name of the series -- "Forever Knight."

Lizbet once called Forever Knight like a fever dream when you were on Nyquil, where everything seemed to matter very much, and the colors were brighter and contrasts darker.... And in spite of some *dreadful* cheesiness on occasion, I still remember this series with great fondness.

The ending is the harshest you'll find away from Blake's 7 or Angel, but in between and around that there's great stuff.

I threw things at the TV when I saw the last episode.

I was drunk. With friends. The GerCam made me very very dizzy.

As far as I'm concerned, the script with the kangaroo made more sense.

Hee! DH gives me a hard time, but after I bought my box sets, I've caught him up in an episode or two.

I do wish I hadn't packed them away for the move, though. Woe!
