I'm afraid I can't give a dignified response to that comment because of your icon distracting me.

I don't know how that could possibly happen.

Seniors who aren't staying the summer will have three weeks after graduation to make their goodbyes and leave the island. We'll have a definite date once the details are hammered out, but it'll be in late May for sure.

So if I'm understanding this right, Seniors are either here for the whole summer, or not at all, not one half of the summer. Is that correct?

Nope. Seniors, like everyone else, can stay for one of the halves of summer (one of the terms). But if they're not staying for the summer, they don't have to rush out after graduation. We're just giving folks time to tie up loose ends.

How about cheesecake ice cream?

My availability from about the first to third week of May is up in the air at this point as I'm looking at a move out of state so my accessibility is going to be dicey. Am I gonna be looking at a "gone first session, back second session" sort of deal, or would I be able to work something out with keeping one character around and low-key while I send the others off for a few weeks?

We can always work something out :) No need to miss out if it's just a few weeks of laying low. Just let us know what's going on when and we'll sort something out. No problem.

Awesome, thank you. :D I'll have a clearer idea of the situation closer to the date, and I'll follow up with y'all then.

Yeah, this is pretty much my concern, too, because summer is...the second half of May is kind of, "Frak knows," for me (a few days in North Carolina, a few days in California, a few days moving out of my apartment and possibly moving into another apartment, possibly moving home, trying to find a job...) and it's possible I may spend July out of the country. Whee! But I don't want to send my characters home for many reasons.

ANNOYING QUESTIONS the_merriest April 2 2007, 05:37:23 UTC
Where it says A1, A2, etc. - does that mean there are eight people per cabin (four As, four Bs) or eight pairs of people per cabin (eight As, eight Bs)?

Does the handy location of secluded pathways mean that there's no sex in the champagne room cabins?

Do the cabins have working electricity, TV, video game consoles, VCRs, or is this more of an outdoorsy experience?

Did you enjoy the orange toga-robe?

Eight people per cabin. Each individual gets their own little alcove (A1, A2, etc).

Does the handy location of secluded pathways mean that there's no sex in the champagne room cabins?

Feel free to ask Alec ALL about sex in the cabins. His cabinmates can inform you all about his antics last year. There can be sex in the cabins, but the secluded pathways are for those who want a little more privacy for secret trysts.

Do the cabins have working electricity, TV, video game consoles, VCRs, or is this more of an outdoorsy experience?

The cabins are fully wired and air conditioned. Cabin dwellers are more than welcome to bring their TVs/video game consoles/VCRs/DVD players with them and hook them up.

Did you enjoy the orange toga-robe?

Omg, I need to get to that post. *has had busy day* But I'm sure I'll love it ;)

Hooray! Thank you for le answers. *happy dance*

We totally, totally didn't trash your office and attack it with glitter and boyband posters. Except for the part where we kinda did. A little, I mean. We did the nose. But she is a witch.

Rikku's uberlong scarf is with the toga, and I think we forgot to mention the note which says something like "TRY A FESTIVE NEW COLOR FOR SPRING."

So, so, so getting our asses kicked for that one. Heh.

There can be sex in cabins, if I recall correctly, it's just that the four bunks on one side are basically divided by curtains and 3/4 walls, so...sound travels really well.

See also: the adventures of Alec, yes.
