Cosette was too much of an underclassman for the prom, but she wasn't inclined to let that ruin her fun playing dress-up anyway.

She even tried on a tuxedo, just because she could; dresses were still more her preference in the end, but maybe if the mood struck she might actually opt for a tux sometime.

Look, Minako knew she was a senior, and therefore one of the few candidates for Queen. THE DRESS WAS IMPORTANT.
