The badgers have been brought back into the classroom to join the students in a feast of apology for all that scratching. You might have to fight them for some of the meaty bits, though.

Zack waved a chipper little hello at the badger that he'd rained his scratchy affections upon during that other class. And then, apologetically, he held out a chunk of meat toward it.

He'd eat once he was certain he wouldn't get mauled by a hungry, cranky critter, thanks.

Once everyone and the badgers have procured some food, the chaos might have settled enough to allow for an actual discussion. Ask questions, bring up points, all over a fine (if slightly badgered) meal.

Lion-o was there, unscratched. Being able to roar scared away any overly-aggressive badgers.

Gwynn had a small scratch on her leg, but nothing major. It had come when she had dropped food accidentally.
