Jean was totally excited.

So excited, in fact, that she showed up early to find it just as everything was being set up like the little overachiever she was. Maybe she'd be able to swing voters here!

Arthur arrived mainly to pick through the food, take a gander at the fencing booth, and for the sake of showing up. Which was why he was chewing on a potato chip as he spied around the gym.

After making his way through the crowd, looking for a suitable target, Hannibal found him Arthur, the Prince of Jerks. For some reason, he thought Arthur might like that title.

With a grin, Hannibal sidled up to him and said, "Arthur! What's going on, buddy?"
