Ned lugged a few heavy bags into the Home Ec classroom in preparation for today's Cooking Club. He really should have planned better and recruited someone to help carry the bags but what's done was done. He was here now and he could go about setting things up

Before Hurley attacked the pumpkins, he thought about what he was going to carve, and was very open to suggestions.

Hurley managed to actually have some skill at carving pumpkins.

Liir didn't have much skill, but he had patience, which is why his came out relatively well.

He didn't quite have a pattern for what he'd done, but the image of the strange lizard-like creature crouched over the face of a clock was unmistakable.
