Today, class was in an actual classroom. Kerrigan was probably going to glare at you if you had a problem with that, though.

"Last week, you all got a taste, not only of the sim, but of the unpredictability of the battlefield. You can't go into dangerous territory, especially not alone, expecting to be safe just because you carry arms - some of ( Read more... )

Lee, with shirt on, paid attention to the lecture. Well, mostly. At other times, he found himself doodling, thinking about lunch, and wondering if there was any bright, flashing neon green armor. Maybe even with a sign on the chest that said 'ARMOR.'

She couldn't help it! Molly knew it wasn't the same Lee, but he was Lee Adama.

Molly had situated herself that she could look at Lee while still appear to be paying attention to the lecture.

This was more interesting than the lecture so he paid complete attention and found himself wondering if his world would ever have that level of technology.

Find someone from another world. What defines stealth where you come from?

Mikey bounced anxiously in his seat as he waited for a partner. He was pretty sure he had his definition of stealth all figured out. After all, Splinter had drilled it into his head enough.

And if worse came to worse, he could always demonstrate his own spectacular stealth power. The 'if I can't see you, you can't see me,' turtle tucking his head into his shell technique.

It probably wasn't stealthy, but it had saved his shell many, many times.

"Got a partner yet?" Jaina asked.

"Not yet, dudette!" Mikey grinned, then tilted his head as though deep in thought (clearly he had to be careful about it, lest he hurt himself), then grinned some more. "Dude. I rhymed."

Kerrigan cocked her head at him from behind the desk. "Adam, right?" she asked, leafing through some papers. "Right. Good reflexes, decent reaction time. You got out of a pinch pretty quickly - you were on the lookout. However," she glanced at him, "Like everyone else in this class, you went off on your own. Which is dumb stupid, and had there been more encounters programmed you would've been very dead by now."

She put the papers down.

"You did alright," she decided, "But you'll need more than dodge-point-and-click if you want to stay alive. Which is why we're here."
