Turn in your Homework a_phale September 11 2007, 03:04:22 UTC
From last week:

What does prophecy mean to you?
What type of person comes to mind when you hear the terms "prediction" and "prophet"?
What about "fortune" and "clairvoyant"?
Are your reactions different when the terminology is different?

[Write out your answers or handwave them as you like.]

Savannah turned in a detailed, five page essay on the homework questions.

[[OOC: Which I, as a dork, have indeed written up. *facepalm*]]

Chris turned in a very detailed paper. Typed. Double-spaced. Possibly foot-noted.

Andros turned in a fairly average paper. It didn't go into a great lot of detail but it was enough so that each question was answered.

Meditation Exercise a_phale September 11 2007, 03:05:02 UTC
[Note: Handwave whatever item you'd like to pull from the basket, and also feel free to handwave the actual steps of the meditation if you'd prefer to do so.

If your partner doesn't show up, drop me a note in the OOC thread and I'll get either Aziraphale or one of the TAs to partner with you.

Please use the sub-threads for your pairing below.]

"Hey," Eve greeted as she made her way over. "Anathema, right? That's an... interesting name." She grinned. "I like it."

Take Notes, Chat, Etc. a_phale September 11 2007, 03:07:36 UTC
Aziraphale isn't fond of chatter during his lecture, but feel free to talk with each other before or after the lecture and/or exercise.

Savannah was taking detailed notes on what Aziraphale was saying. Any assistance in meditation and control was a good thing in her book.

Annette was trying to write an apology letter. It wasn't going so well.

Andrew deftly passed Annette a folded up note. It read:

Hey Sugarplum, why so glum?
