There might be coffee in the lounge, right? Or at least that's Angela's hope as she stumbles in. "Hi," she said absently as she noticed the coffee wasn't yet prepared.
She sets about making some. "Did you have a good weekend, um ... Kiki?" she asked, hoping she got the name right.

"Eh...yeah," Kiki settles for the easy answer, since "Not sure, since I woke up in bed with Phoebe and Mr. Crowley wearing nightclothes that I know for a fact that were not mine," is just all sorts of awkward.
"Sorry about the coffee - I make pretty lousy coffee, I'm afraid, so I figure it would be better to have someone who knows what they're doing make it instead," she apologizes.

Kiki pours a little and tastes it, wrinkling her nose. "I'm not a huge fan of coffee under even the best conditions," she comments. "But this is still better than mine!"

"Professor Chaucer," Kiki answered. "His poetry course. Although he's leaving in a few weeks, so I guess that means I won't really be a TA anymore. Unless his replacement keeps me on board, that is."

"I took that last term," Angela nodded, lookign a little sad to be reminded how soon Geoff was leaving. "He's a good teacher. And a good friend, too. I'll miss him."

Kiki blinked, looking a little blank. "You did? I was in it, too - but then, I was usually so absorbed in the poetry that I never actually paid attention to who else was in class," she added with a rueful smile. "Sorry about that. Mr. Chaucer asked me to take his advanced class and TA for him at the end of last semester. I'm also taking his Western Lit class as independent study."
Kiki sighed a little. "After he goes, my Tuesdays are going to be awfully boring."

She watched the brew drip into the pot, pouring herself a cup and adding sugar. She tasted it and made a face. "See? It came out way too strong."
