Oh! Okay. Hmmm, I'm undecided if I ship them, but I'm definitely not against it, and I definitely wouldn't say no to undertones. As long as they're not having sex in the equipment room, I'm good.

Actually, you know what? I think I could be totally on board with this. And I could actually buy it, especially if it's partially unrequired on Severide's end. I mean, he's completely comfortable living with a hot chick that wanders around half naked, he's been 'engaged before' but obviously didn't go through with it for some reason, he's got a reputation as something of man!whore with committment issues, and he's definitely paying more attention to Casey at the moment than Casey is to him.

Yes, I can kinda see how this could work.

My problem with a lot of non-canon slash in fanfics is that the majority of authors don't bother to establish the believability factor and move straight to the perfect relationship full of all teh sex. I can ship just about anything in fic, as long as you convince me along the way... does that make sense?

Anyway, I know you'll be fabulous at this. I AM PRE-EMPTIVELY EXCITED!!!

haha, But you know me well enough to know that I can't write sex without a plot. That, and I don't think I'll write it like that, it's angstier without the sex.
