Good evening everyone, this is Principal Winchester. Before anyone gets worried, nothing's wrong. I'm just taking care of the radio duties tonight. Let's hope none of you did anything I'll have to speak to you about later.
School News
It seems the only note for today is that Griff was in the
library, and received a visit from Effy; they talked about books and he showed her how he can teleport. Safely, I hope.
Dorm News
Bod enjoyed the decent weather by relaxing and cloud gazing out on the deck. Not on a desk, as I keep thinking this says.
*annoyed chittering*
Well, maybe you want to think about working on your handwriting a little, that's all I'm saying.
Dandelion wanted to know if Bod was an outcast price from another planet, which is not an entirely impossible scenario here.
Kitty talked to Bod about the fine art of being lazy, and
Quinn talked to Bod about the clouds, and having "unusual" names.
Alexander and Bod traded stories, and talked about Alexander being a prince. Maybe Dandelion should be looking for him instead? And
Katniss tried to convince Bod of how amazing the sun is, and told him to put on a hat if he gets sunburned easily. The squirrels are suggesting one with a giant flower, which makes me think they've either had too much rum already, or not nearly enough.
Jono sat outside in the rain for... no apparent reason, it seems. I suppose he didn't need one, if he didn't mind getting wet like a crazy person.
Ariel ran into him, and after exchanging their pleasantries, Jono explained that the rain might ruin his clothes. and Ariel attempted to pick him up and carry him inside. That sounds like it was something to see.
Rosalind was worried that sitting outside in the rain with an open wound would hurt Jono, but he wasn't concerned about that,
Raven thanked Jono for helping her with a matter earlier in the week, and to round out the visits from girls with one name,
Didi stopped to sit with Jono, and they talked about him being in charge of Groovy Tunes now, and finding a singer for his band.
Later in the evening,
Azula had tea and snacks in the third floor common room, and
Ino was curled up in her room with a book. That does seem like a much more sensible and drier way to spend one's evening when it rains. You know, as a suggestion.
Town News
Over at her apartment,
Shelley was doing yoga and trading sex stories with Dimitri. At the same time, I wonder? That's some interesting multi-tasking there. At the Arms Hotel,
Adrian was packing to go home, and got visits from
Rose and
Dimitri so they could say their goodbyes, proper or improper or however they ended up.
Hiccup, Toothless, and Cara went for ice cream at
Chilly Boulder, although I have to wonder if Toothless actually had any ice cream, or simply kept them company. These are the questions you children make me ask sometimes. Roy was working at
Cabot and Associates, and Katina was working at
Strokes of Genius when she got a phone call from Arthur.
Kate went to the
Perk and talked about Cosmo with Sookie before they ended up discussing Sookie being a telepath, and whether or not her brother is/was one too.
Dinah stopped in as well, and she and Kate talked about their summer TA jobs.
Jaina was in a bad mood at
Caritas, but spending the evening around alcohol might have helped. Not in a healthy way, I have to add.
Aquaman came in for root beer, and Jaina tried to withhold beer from
Deadpool after he called her a student. I think everyone at Caritas should be able to withhold beer from Deadpool whenever they want, for whatever reason they want. Consider that a strong suggestion.
Deadpool and Aquaman compared the materials of their costumes, and traded notes on superheroes they know,
Henry was a little surprised by Deadpool and Aquaman's conversation, and confused Jaina with pop culture, and
John Sheppard came in for what was apparently a very awkward beer.
That's everything the squirrels handed me, so I suppose that means it's time to sign off and go back to my rodent-free house. Have a good evening, everyone, and stay safe.
