i found this comm a week ago and it's been an invaluble help for an essay i'm writing for my law subject - Technology and the future of entertainment.
my essay is on online fandom and it's conflicts with IP holders.
I've found some awesome articles here but there are some that i couldn't track down or could but only got half of it and don't know who the author is.
I was wondering if any of you had a copy of the following:

8 Vanderbilt J. of Entertainment and Technology Law 421 (Spring 2006) - the original source was revamped the the article isn't there anymore, i got half of it off google cache but no enough to get the name of the author.
and if anyone's interested in the preliminary essay plan it's up here. (if anyone needs articles listed in my bibliography, i'm happy to share)
please forward any articles that you might think would help. I'm also looking at articles which deal with fandom and fandom identity within the social construct.
