I GIVE UP. Hiatus!
So my muse came back yesterday afternoon, and my DSL connection promptly went down and I couldn't post.
Got Net access back this morning, and hey - the new people have reached the beach, and May is apparently hanging out in a tree doing nothing about it whatsoever.

I think the universe is trying to tell me something, and for once I'm going to listen. Consider me AFK for the rest of the day, I've lost both my characters' voices again, can't call my ISP to yell at them, and need to go take this out on my back lawn.
