John was growing restless and the temperature was growing hotter and more humid since the rain storm. He had no idea where Aeryn had gone off to, and he was considering going to look for her to see how her end of the conversation had gone. But he also didn't want to run the risk of being ensnared in another potential ambush of either Susan or Marcus, so he opted for a meandering walk around the camp, just to see if anything interesting was going on.
He wiped a hand across his brow and glanced around, everyone was either cleaning up their shelter from the recent storm that had moved through, or had broken off into small groups and were quietly talking amongst themselves. John hated intruding on a conversation he hadn't been invited in to, so he decided that a walk along the beach would be the best thing for what ailed him right now. He might even go for a quick swim, ease the oppresive heat that was starting to collect.
