I don't know which image view you are using but for photoshop there should be some color settings under the edit menu. The settings that work fine for me are

I don't know photoshop so well, but it's possible you somehow started using a non-default pallet and the colors are therefor mapping strangely. Poke around the pallet settings and see if anything looks wrong.
Unfortunately I don't know that much about settings, and I can't see anything that looks out of place, but the problem was present in my default picture viewer as well before I even installed Photoshop.
