Janet's up and at the clinic early in the morning. She's not particularly awake yet. She wouldn't even mind if you bugged her about non-clinic business, but first she's going to check up on the paperwork and see who's around.

Angel was still unconscious. You wouldn't think his fever and wound could've gotten worse, but if anything they looked as though they had.

[ooc: Okay for anyone to visit. Paige can attempt to heal w/o me being online. No feeding anything other than pig's blood. He's not going to wake up until Alfred comes by, so Alfred should ping me so I'm online for that.]

Bel looked at Angel in shock. "What's wrong with him?" he asked Janet. "He didn't look like that the last time I saw him."

Paige orbs into the clinic, having found out what's happening well she will do soon anyway and sees Bel.

"Anyone order a whitelighter?" she asks

"Ever heal a demon?" Bel said. "Angel's in bad shape."

She shakes her head, "No, but I figure it's worth a try right?" she says though part of her's thinking, 'I've never met one I've wanted to heal', but that's not actually strictly true any more.

"Won't the whole soul thing help there? I mean is he even still a demon?"

"Hopefully," Bel said. "I should warn you, though. I once saw a demon try to force a whitelighter to heal him, and it didn't go very well. But since Angel has a soul...."

"Or maybe they just made it not work" she suggested placing her hands just above Angel and concentrating hard on the healing process.

A golden little came from her hands from a few moments and she thought it was working until, suddenly she was thrown across the room, as if by an unseen force.

She frowned up at Bel getting to her feet, "that wasn't meant to happen!"

"That's kinda what happened to the other Whitelighters," Bel said, offering Paige his hand to help her to her feet. "Only it hurt them a lot worse. Angel's soul probably lessened it." He looked at the vampire and frowned. "I don't see any change."

She took the offered hand and gave him an appreciative smile, "thanks."

She looks at Angel for a moment worried, "any other ideas? I could try again, maybe I didn't concentrate hard enough?" she asked hopefully.

"I don't think you want to risk it," Bel said. "Best thing you might be able to do is to research with your sisters. Maybe there's something the Power of Three can do, though helping vampires probably isn't something you'll find in your Book."

She nodded, "yeah good idea, there's bound to be something that'll help him in there, otherwise what's the point in it right?" she replied placing her hand gently on Bel's arm.

"We'll fix don't worry." she said, hoping to reassure him.

"Thanks," Bel said with a sigh, looking down at Angel. A few weeks ago he might have been happy to see him in this condition. But not now.

"I'd better go tell the other's what happened then. I'll see you later okay?" she says before orbing back to the school, being part whitelighter, is very handy at time like this.

Janet shook her head. Lunch with RL friends on spur-of-the-moment, sorry! "I don't know. I had no idea he was even here until you came in looking for him." She frowned. "Let me see what I can find in the old posts records."

"Thanks," Bel said. "He got hurt Friday night but it wasn't this bad, so something else must've happened to him."

"I heard something about Darla," said Janet. She glanced cautiously over at Belthazor. She'd also heard that he'd given up on trying to remove Angel's soul. "But I didn't catch much of the radio broadcast last night."
