This morning, Martha had gone to the Perk and, upon being asked what she wanted, had let the poor barista know exactly what this week was making her want. After that, not speaking to anyone else had seemed like a wonderful idea. Luckily, the nurses seemed to be having the same thought, so it was a very quiet day in the clinic indeed.
