It was one of those mornings, where he woke up, edgy and restless probably as a result of the nightmare from the previous evening. Whatever the cause, Wilson hit the floor already wound up and going at 150

Blair slipped quietly into the clinic, checking to see if people were around. He placed a small pot of dirt and a bag of cookies on the counter with a note.
Dr. House, I'm really sorry that your leg was hurting the other day and that I bothered you. The pot has a seed in it, my mom always said that communing with nature was relaxing and revitalizing, so maybe it will help if you talked to it or something. These are some cookies from the party Angel had last night, and I read that chocolate has pain relieving properties. I don't know how much chocolate chip cookies will help, but they are very yummy. I really hope you feel better, Blair

[ooc: If you want to have been in and gone without notice, let me know and I'll kill this tag. :)]
Wilson was in mid bounce, from one room to the next. A screwdriver in his hand, he paused and swung back as he spied the telling hair of one Blair Sandburg.

Technically speaking, Wilson wouldn't go that far as he was still dealing with the flu having moved into his chest but OTC drugs and manic energy were good things!
"Might have to give you a medical degree yet." He grinned impishly as he walked up towards the counter, looking at the little pot and the cookies, he thought back to some of the words he'd rained down upon House's hapless head yesterday, inwardly smiling as his claims were proven out.

"A little bit." Wilson agreed to the assessment of 'spring cleaning'. "Every two months or so it's a good idea to strip everything down and clean it so that we're not sharing germs."
And it's a good way to release hyperactivity!
Frowning a little at the way Blair went from bounce to closed off in the blink of an eye, Wilson eyed the youngster worriedly.

Given the events of the previous day it did not take great deductive reasoning to conclude that Blair had probably run across House either late Friday or sometime Saturday.
"Let me guess...he was, sharp...snappish more than a little impatient and dismissive?"
Wilson spoke kindly to help soften his own words and invited Blair to take the rolly chair behind the counter.
Re: Get his attentionlovechildblairJanuary 23 2006, 17:25:20 UTC
Blair sat down the chair and used his feet to roll back and forth while he talked.
"Yeah, man. You were there? I didn't really mean to bother him but I was in a hurry and Sean was with me and sometimes I just bother people because I talk a lot which everyone says and I don't get it because I don't think that I talk to much even though I have lots to say but is that really such a bad thi..." Blair closed his mouth with a audible pop.

Wilson was grinning as he listened to Blair...bounce but his expression softened when he realized the student was taking responsibility for House's temper.
Which is why I need to kick House in the ass more often than not."No, I wasn't there but I've been there." Leaning against a cabinet, Wilson pursed his lips thoughtfully then gave a small nod as if coming to a decision

Blair continued to roll on the chair as he listened. Dr. House had told him about the leg before but Blair hadn't really understood how much pain he was in or how that affected his actions. He had always seemed so nice and maybe those were on days when the pain wasn't as bad.
He trusted Dr. Wilson and although he wasn't sure he wanted to come back and risk bothering Dr. House again, he nodded. He liked Dr. House a lot and it wasn't fair to stop visiting just because of one bad day.
"I can come back later, if you're sure that won't be bothering him or anything."

Dr. House,
I'm really sorry that your leg was hurting the other day and that I bothered you.

"For Dr. House? He'll appreciate these, Blair."

Blair looked at his gift on the counter. "I hope so, man."

Slidingthe screwdriver into the pocket of his jeans, Wilson reached to move the pot and the cookies to a safer location behind the counter.
"He could really use the pick me up, Blair and I think these will do just the trick, particularly coming from you."

Blair shrugged and mumbled, "I doubt it"

"I do!" Blair stared at the floor. "It's just...I don't think...he likes me right now."
