The first time the clinic received a shipment of supplies in Swedish, Martha had thought it was a random accident. This time though, when she looked at the letter that came with the shipment, she began to wonder if someone was actively screwing with her. Of course, the letter was in Swedish too, so she couldn't tell exactly what it said, but it felt very mocking to her.
