Stark is in the clinic. He has realized he really isn't there enough and hasn't been in for a while.
He is currently poking around in a supply cabinet and occasionally muttering "That is not your spot. That is your spot." at boxes of bandages and such. And he has candy canes, because it's December and everyone has candy canes.
