Challenge 1: Queen of Swords

May 02, 2006 17:06

I couldn't wait anymore! This first challenge will last for two weeks to give people a chance to join up.

Queen of Swords
Through Great Pain Her Wisdom Gained

Traditional Meaning: The Queen of Swords is associated with a broad range of character traits. Search intuitively to see which apply in this situation. She can be an intense, wise and knowledgeable woman with strength and perceptive insights. Or she can be vain, cruel, deceitful, and sharp tongued. This card may represent a mature widow or childless woman. It may also represent sterility, separation, detatchment, and/or vanity.

Knowing Your Authentic Self: Great sorrow leads to both difficulty dealing with things and to great spritual depth. This card can also help you recognize the inner reasons someone may be overly structured, focused, or rigid. Recognize that a person may take action which she knows to be right, but which may appear random and insensitive.

Ask: What does your experience tell you? Are you fighting your own negative shadow? What have you learned from your mistakes?
