A NOTE REGARDING BANNERS.
thesilentsenshi has asked me to inform everyone that she is sorry for not getting last week's banners done due to computer/internet issues. She hopes to be back up and running by Wednesday.
We have also decided that for the time being that winners of the Best Representation icons are encouraged to head over to custom_banners for their banner needs.
