looking forward to snow
Things are looking better.
I've started making lots of new friends, completed most of my christmas shopping (online!), now all I need is a job. Got to eat tons of mac n cheese and so much cake and pie these past few days the carrots I am snacking on now taste like juicy cardboard, but I tell myself I feel better eating them... right?
Tomorrow I go to Charlotte to visit the lovely boy and see stuff I've never seen before (I've never actually visited Charlotte) and I get to stay at his parent's house (creepy!). I haven't gone out to dinner, or eating any formal meal, spent any serious amount of time with someone's parents since.. well... high school. It's going to feel kind of odd, yet familiar, sleeping in a spare bedroom at my boyfriend's parent's house. But hay! at least our rooms are joined by a bathroom (bwahahaha)
It snowed last Thursday, it was so pretty. But cold as hell! So! I bought a winter coat cause, daaaang I'm gonna need it! It's two jackets in one, so its all insulated and warm but has a waterproof/windproof outer... jacket thingy. Pretty sweet if ya ask me.
This year has been pretty awesome, has had lots of downs, but lots of ups to balance it out. The second half has been the worst and the best at the same time.
But I am really looking forward to next year.
