i am seriously so excited right now. I just got done talking to amanda nd starting on sunday my goal to get my body in shape and healthy is going into efftect. I am not fat and im not overweight, but my selfesteem is slowly decreasing due to the lack of time i devote to keeping my body healthy. SO starting sunday im going to the gym 5 times a week and the other 2 days im going to do yoga at home. I've already given up chocolate & soda and i've been watching what i eat but now im getting tough. Im working out a plan for myself and im going to go food shopping for myself so that way i can plan out what i eat every week and not just "grab something on the way home". Im sticking to this, i swear it. Im gonna do it...i wont be dreding shannons wedding i wont be dreding summer..ill be prepared & confident.
