nobody looked any finer

Sicily was amazing...I could start to write all kinds of boring, pointless things, but I won't. I'll wait until I see you kids. ONLY TWO WEEKS. I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how it went by so fast.
let's get the big stuff out of the way, though. our first hotel was splendid. it was right on the beach, and I kind of started dry humping the water. which was wet and cold. sometimes I'm glad only three people will read this. the next morning I went swimming, while german tourists applauded. I'm not even going to pretend I didn't take a bow. because I did. and it was glorious. I also sat down in a chair to pose for a picture, and it broke. lesson learned.
at our next hotel, we caused quite the scene when my roommate had an epileptic seizure in the nightclub. I ran screaming and flailing past a group of italians and they laughed at me. I need to work on remaining calm in a crisis.
at the last hotel, we charmed our way into free ice cream, and danced well into the night. a few of us headed down to the hotel's discotheque (I have lost my ability to translate into english) and broke it down. we started out with a big group, but by 1:30 only four of us remained. the next day my vertebrae forgot to show up for work. I kind of was a corpse for the next 24 hours. we drove in a perfumed steam bath of a bus, and the flemish kids sang eye of the tiger. I cheered.
tomorrow we are peacing the scene for holland, and if my camera worked, you can bet I would take pictures of sheep and windmills.
only 342 hours and 31 minutes until our reuinition takes place
