I'm so sorry I didn't address these concerns in the original message...what was I thinking?!
Well, we didn't worry about where you were going to sleep since YOU HAVEN'T BEEN OUT HERE FOR SOOOOOOOO LONG!!!!! But, in the event that you might get you @$$ out here, that little house would be all yours. We would build a bigger house above it and that little one would be a guest house/office.
The hottub has many options. We could put it out on a bluff all by itself or incorporate it into the bigger house.
The nearest town is about 15 miles away. Not horribly far. The closest town of size is about a half hour's drive and Salt Lake City would be about 2 or 2 1/2 hours away.
We will be far from Doug and Lynne, although they're scheming to find land and want us buy land near where they might end up and we'd all have a little compound or something. They want to go to southern Utah. However, far from Doug and Lynne might mean close to Joe and Linda. So, trade one for the other.
All ifs anyway, don't worry your pretty little self about your bedroom just yet. We'll make sure there's one for you, I promise!
