I haven't translated the witness talk, but you could try looking in naily_n's journal. I remember she did some sort of translation of it.

omg i really wanna thank u coz you have no idea how much reading the pair puri made me happy ,, i didn't even know that there was some fan books like that ,,so really really really thank u ,,i'm 25 but god i just love prince of tennis and I LOVE ATOBE and there is no way for me to get them in kuwait did i said thank u :)

using the provided link above this page, but it said his blog was taken down.
So I tried looking into his Live Journal but I still couldn't find a download for
this PariPuri Vol.
I've tried google but all these download places wanted me to subscribe and pay, or sign up bla bla bla.
Got any advices as to where I can get the raws?
