[ Today has been a very, very odd day. Welcome to Mayfield, Yukiko. I'm Azaka Kokutou and unfortunately it's as you say.

We've all been kidnapped and we're not sure when we can leave exactly. It's troublesome but please try to bear with it.

Sorry for making you accept something so sudden so soon.

It's troublesome but Mayfield's "system" forces us to live with other people and they consider you family. Most people don't enjoy it but others have gotten used to it.

You can't stay away from your fake family for too long. They say you'll be droned for a while if you do.

Are you familiar with the term "brain washing"? It's something along those lines.

People get droned for disobeying the rules too.

Try not to miss too much school. Avoiding unnecessary trouble would be best for you.

Oh, I wouldn't want to miss it anyway! The situation aside, it's a rare opportunity to experience a whole new school system.

That's an interesting way of looking at it. I personally find it irritating to deal with. They're drone children attending and they tend to disrupt class sometimes.

You won't be able to achieve high marks with that kind of attitude.

Disruptive classmates wouldn't be too odd. Every class has some bad apples.

I guess I'm just too used to attending school to think of missing it, that's all.

It was that way at Reien Academy too. It was a strict private school so you wouldn't expect that type of behavior from people who pay a great sum of money to attend.

Well, I'm glad if that's the case. It should be easier for you to adjust here.
