Homestead
Homestead is a feature introduced in the PWI Elysium expansion. Players are able to obtain their own space which they can customize to their liking. They can shape the landscape, place buildings, trees, flowers and more. The Homestead also offers materials for skill upgrades, materials for Dragonbreath Weapons and other rewards such as Star Chart items and War Avatar Cards.

Getting a Homestead
In order to acquire a Homestead players need to do a short quest chain. The quest chain will automatically pop up when they meet the requirements. Each player can only obtain one Homestead.

- Level 90
- Level 89 Sage or Demon Cultivation
- 35,000 Reputation
- Players will also require to reawaken and reach certain Boundary levels in order to level up their Homestead.

Workshop Mastery
After you level up your Workshop to level 2, you have to choose a mastery. This will decide which recipes you can obtain from your daily Delivery quests. Regardless of what you choose, you will never be able to craft everything you need. This makes it important to work together with other players that have a different mastery than you.
You can reset your Workshop's mastery by using an Artisan Heart Stone from the Boutique, but you will lose all the recipes of your previous mastery.

Workshop Masteries:
Construction can craft from categories: Wall, Door, Scene, and Facility.
Decoration can craft from categories: Art, Decor, Relief, Paint, and Hanging.
Furniture can craft from categories: Bed, Shelf, and Table.
Handcraft can craft from categories: Carve, View, Lamp, and Interior.

Contracts
You can place a contract in your Workshop and other players can come into your Homestead and craft it. This way players can craft items even if they don't have the recipes. When players craft items from your Homestead, you gain Homestead experience and your Homestead energy will be consumed, but it consumes the other player's materials.
You can place a contract by clicking on your Workshop, choose Contract, choose the recipe you wish to contract, click Add, choose price and amount and then click Confirm.

Resources
The Galleries are facilities the produce materials (resources) which are required for crafting items. The Galleries will only produce materials for as long as they have been fueled with Cerise Gems. They can be filled for up to 36 hours. You can refill them any time you want as long you have Cerise Gems. The amount of materials the buildings generate depends on their level. Higher level Gallries require more Cerise Gems.

Elysian Arena
Main article: Minions
The Elysian Arena allows you access to the Minions which can improve your Homestead facilities. You can also have your Minions fight against other Minions to gain rewards.

Gardening Manual
Under the Delivery tab of your Homestead quest log you will see a quest called "Gardening Manual Page". After accepting this quest, you will get a list of Wonder Market related quests. If your Wonder Market is level 1, you will only see one option. Higher level Wonder Markets will have more options, each one corresponding to a certain level. Accepting one of the quests and completing it, will reward you with a random recipe for a tree or a flower of the corresponding level. Gardening quests usually require you to find and talk to a specific NPC or to find a specific location with the aid of a treasure map.

Handbook Quests
If your Workshop is above level 2, you will have a Handbook quest, named after your Workshop's mastery (Construction Handbook, Decoration Handbook, Furniture Handbook or Handcraft Handbook). Handbook quests usually require you to kill monsters or bosses in Dungeons. The only exception are the Novice quests which require you to deliver a backpack to a certain NPC.

Welcome Home
With PWI’s latest upcoming expansion, Elysium, we will be introducing an amazing new system; Homestead. Over the course of the next week we will be digging into this robust system to show you how to get the most out of your new Homestead. So let us take a moment to be the first to say, welcome home.

Homestead at a glance
Players at level 90 and above will be given the opportunity to create their very own home using the Homestead system. Each Homestead is instanced and fully customizable allowing you and your friends to come and go as you please.

Homestead Customization
Just about everything inside your Homestead is customizable! Do you want to live in a Mansion deep within the Forsaken Forest? Do you desire a lost world submerged deep under the ocean? Choose your Homestead theme and all these and more can be possible!
You can customize everything from the terrain surrounding your Homestead all the way down to the buildings and furniture on your land. You can choose from thousands of selectable items, making each Homestead truly unique.
All of these items and more can be found in your Homestead Editor which we will dig into with our next installment in this three part series!

Invite your Friends
Do you want to show your friends the fruits of your labor? Invite them over to your home! In your Homestead, you can set the permissions for whom you allow to come and check out your home! You can set your Homestead to allow only players on your friends list, your Faction members, or you can let anyone come in and check it out!
.
Unwanted guests? Got that nosey neighbor? Kick them out of your Homestead to keep the peace. You can also keep your Homestead safe with Decline Hostile Players from Entry. When activated players from enemy Factions will not be allowed to enter your Homestead and cause trouble. This is your home, your rules.

The Grand Tour

Welcome back to the second of our three part look at the new Homestead system, available when we finally open the gates to PWI’s latest expansion, Elysium. In this edition, we will be taking a look at the Homestead Editor and resource production!
.
The Homestead Editor
Your new Homestead is a blank canvas, with you as its artist. With so many tools at your fingertips, what will you do to make it the home of your dreams? We would like to introduce you to the Homestead Editor.


This editor is a really easy to use tool which allows you to customize the look of your Homestead. Here you have several editing functions, you can edit Functional Buildings, Landscape, and even the Terrain. You can also use the editor to change the way the camera works by making it free or fixed to fine tune the interior of you houses.

Functional Buildings
You can only have one of each functional building in your Homestead, you can edit the directions in which they face and their locations, but they cannot be put away. These buildings are valuable in helping you produce resources to keep your Homestead running each day.

Landscape
In the landscape menu is where you will find decorative buildings that do not produce resources, furniture to place inside your buildings, and ornaments of many kinds to place around your land to make it really stand out!

Terrain
Use this menu to dig out rivers and lakes, make mountains out of mole hills or flatten your land. The brushes you use for this can be customized in size and shape.

Make your Homestead work for you
Your Homestead produces valuable resources to aid you in this Perfect World as well as maintain it daily. This is done through the buildings that you place in your Homestead. There are several varieties:

Production Buildings
These buildings will allow you to craft items, post jobs, and purchase items… More on these in our next sneak preview!
.
Landscape
Landscape are primarily decorative items which include, furniture, nature, hobby, and residences. Yes, that means you can not only have your own Homestead… You get your very own home.
.
Resource Production Buildings
Your Homestead is capable of producing two types of resources, General and Cerise Gem. General resources are provided daily from the Resource Production Buildings you erect on your Homestead. They provide you with Diety Wood, Transition Crystal, Jadestone, and Brocade which are essential items in crafting!
Cerise Gems are produced daily by your farms and ranches, these gems are essential for maintaining the day to day activity in your Homestead.


The Homestead Codex
With so many amazing things to do on your Homestead, this is a valuable tool to help you keep track of your inventory. With the Homestead Codex, you can look at all of the items available for your Homestead and use it to create the land of your dreams!

Some Light Housecleaning
Welcome back to the final edition of our three part look at the new Homestead system, available when we finally open the gates to PWI’s latest expansion, Elysium. In this edition, we will be taking a look at the Homestead upkeep and what you can do once you’ve established your new home!

A Prosperous New Home


Making sure your new Homestead is prosperous is going to be one of your most important tasks for a while. Your Homesteads prosperity level will determine the production output of Cerise Gems and resources, it will add bonus attributes to the items you are able to craft, increase the quality of your Homestead Quests and more!
You can increase your Homestead’s prosperity by adding valuable assets and leveling up your Homestead! This isn’t a task that can be completed in one day, a fully working Homestead requires dedication and love. It’s your home, treat it as such!

Keep it Clean
Cleanness is a statistic for your new Homestead, probably the most important statistic. Spend Cerise Gems that you harvest to replenish cleanness.
At 00:00 every day, a certain number of Cleanness will be consumed. When your Homestead's Cleanness reaches 0, it will be shut down. It can't be visited, the functional buildings will stop working, the production of all resources will cease, all Homestead quests will be unavailable, and all Homestead edit functions will be disabled. So in short; Keep your Homestead clean.

Keep it lively
Energy is consumed for every project you wish to undertake on your Homestead. Make sure you spend your energy wisely because if you run out, production will cease. However, at 00:00 every day your energy will be refilled!


So many things
There are so many things to do in your Homestead! While visiting, you can begin crafting! We provide you with a basic workshop to craft some basic items. But as you level up and become more prosperous, you will be able to upgrade your workshop and craft better items… Even those needed to craft Level 17 Weapons!
In addition to crafting, you will also be able to take up Contract Jobs. By taking on contract jobs, you can craft items of other Masteries. You can find a recipe from the contract job listings, enter other Homesteads, and craft items using your own resources. The player who posted the job can gain a fee and Homestead EXP, while providing the needed Energy and Recipe.
To earn some amazing rewards, you can also go on Nightbloom and Cloudtop Handbook quests, each quest is designed to increase your homestead prosperity, and give you a deeper understanding of the place you now call home!
