Duplicate base again; Softlight 100%.
Raise Saturation to 30%.
Add  012945; on Exclusion, 100%.
Add BCFBFF; on Colorburn, 100%.
Make a new Hue/Sat. layer.
All on saturation; Masters:+25, Reds:+7, Yellows:+10, Cyans:+30,

New Color Balance layer:
Midtones: +17, -22, +21
Shadows: +35, +21, +12
Highlights: -54, +8, +8
Make sure 'Preserve Luminosity' is checked.

Flatten.
Set the Brightness to -10, and Contrast to +5.
Add a brush and viola.
