(no subject)
ok, so, haven't updated in a while so anyway.........
well, i just got home from work and i'm glad to be home. we had a wedding today in the grand ballroom and it went well, until everyone and there grandmother decided to send their dishes back to me in the breakdown station. so, ya, i was pretty pissed to say the least. oh, ya, by the way..............the bride was 20 years old.
but anyway, i got my paycheck thursday and it was like $400, so, ya, i'm stoked on that. lol
i also bought the latest cd from John Mayer.....if you don't own it, GO BUY IT!!!
my brother chris also bought Reqium For A Dream and PI, so i'm most definetely watching those. lol
i also rented Lock-Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Crow, and Pink Floyd's "The Wall" from hollywood video....by the way, The Crow is one of the best movies ever, go rent it!!
i can't wait till the 20th, cuz i'm heading to Mineapolis, Minnesota to see my uncle Don, aunt Beth, and i can't forget my 3 cousins....Michael, Maddie, and Mitchell. it's been like 6 years since i last saw those little critters, so, ya, i'm pretty unprepared for them. lol
but, i'm very happy to at least go somewhere this summer, instead of staying cooped up in my room all summer. lol
but anyway, yesterday Blood Quest had yet another jam session at jake's house, which by the way, i still can't remember all the parts to our new song. (sorry guys, i know, i suck at playing drums, but gimme some time and i'll get it.)well, Blood Quest doesn't have any shows planned for the rest of the month....yet. hehehe
well, school is almost here and i'm having mixed emotions.
* i wanna see all my other friends, but i don't feel like doing any schoolwork plus having a job to go to during the school week
* i don't wanna do the same shit most days that i have off.(i.e. watch tv, eat, shower, potty time)
DAMN IT, I NEED TO GO TO THE BEACH SOMETIME DURING THE REMAINDER OF SUMMER!!!!
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME?!?!?!?!?! I LIVE A MILE FROM THE BEACH!!!!
but anyway, i haven't typed anything about warped tour.
it was pretty fun, but unfortunately i had to keep an eye on my litlle sister the whole time. but anyway, while we were there, me and caroline ran into jessica keller, some other girl that was hangin with jess, and alex. then shortly after that, i ran into my friend nick rubes, so, we all kinda stayed together for the rest of the day.
the thing that pissed me off the most about warped tour was that it was raining HARD for the majority of the show.
but, i still had some fun while i was there. ok, time to name good performances:
* NOFX(still the least hardest working band on the tour)
* Sugarcult
* Yellowcard
* Flogging Molly(still the drunkest band on tour)
* New Found Glory
* Anti-Flag
* Claudio from Coheed and Cambria(which by the way was my favorite show personally)
so, anyway after the show we all got in our respective parent's car, lol, and drove home but not before getting the usual taco bell before hand. lol
so, i guess you guys are pretty tired of reading this entry so i'm gonna stop now. lol
