A real long entry
Just got back from the beach yall... it was amazing. I love you SO much alison, even if you do tell my brother when I'm mad at someone and he bugs me about it for the rest of the trip. And if you tell me I look like Ice-T and the retarded girl. Anyway Saturday we got to the beach after 7 hours in the car in which al and I got quite giddy. So we got there and ate dinner (is it sad that I can't even remember where?) with the family (I saw him and Lisa at the white house just the other day and he was a young man). Then al & I went to the beach and walked for quite a while. We met these four guys, and the only one who's name I can remember is Jay or Jeremiah and that's just because he was the most amazing looking guy ever. Lol they wanted us to chink on the beach... haha not even gonna go there. So we went back up to the room after and while (and yeah, we definitely took the master bedroom with a huge bed, a great view, lots of mirrors, a jacuzzi tub, and tv. I must say though it was the messiest room ever, nothing can compare to alison and I packing... just imagine what would've happened if we'd been there for a week?) and watched Nip Tuck (I laughed, I cried, I came... holy shit). Whoooa fatties
Then on Sunday we got to lay out most of the day- SO freaking hot, but hey I'm sorta tan and Alison's a freaking mohican so it's all good. We did that most of the day then went to Barefoot landing for a little shopping (cutest store ever- Vanity). At like 8 we went to the House of Blues and met molly, caralyn, and all those other cool cross country kids. It was so much fun, it's basically like a smaller wild bills, and but it was amazingly better than wild bills because we knew like a million people there (yeah it was a bunch of white brookwood kids, screaming rap songs at the top of our lungs). I don't think I've ever had such a good workout before in my life lol. But when we were leaving two of the guys got us our water (which was very nice because the line was real long) and we finally got back to the hotel and it was way late to go walk on the beach. So we ate and watched Friends- could anything be any better than that? Slow down fatties
Monday- again layed out most of the day. And went into the ocean where Alison saw a "sting ray" which followed her around for a really long time, so we're pretty sure it was just her shadow. In the lazy river (the inside one, not the outside) we had a lot of fun remembering all the incredibly stupid things we did when we were younger (the plan, the plan 2, the conversation- I'd appreciate it if you didn't call my words bullshit. we were such bitches). Then we went to barefoot landing again (Christmas Mouse!) and maybe to the mall? haha wow this vacations quite the blur. I'm pretty sure we went out to eat again, but there's really no telling. WAIT- we went to Greg Normans Austraillian grill and it was AMAZING. lol I've never had such good calamari or such hot waiters in my entire life. All I know is we made lots of jokes about the crazy horse, HEMP WORLD, the 420 store, the crazy mouse, and the simpsons. I'm so glad alison came though, because my familys pretty damn crazy and I'm not sure anyone else could have handled that. Anyway that night we watch Law & Order which is only the best show ever (maybe even better than CSI? Lord Jess is gonna kill me) and ODAFINN TUTUOLA. and poor el, we love him so much.
Anyway Tuesday- again with the laying out (and holy shit the weather broke 100- it was crazy). And of course, alison and I's favorite past time- reading our books in the pool and drinking pina coladas. Lol crazy times my friend, but honestly could anything be any better than that? Of course, there's always the LAZY RIVER and the little kids- can we throw this on your bellybutton? haha We came up to the room earlier than usual because it was just too damn hot outside. And the people who like to go into the hot tub when it's a 110 degrees outside? They're freaking nuts. Anyway after reading and taking our naps, we decided to get ready (our favorite part of the day, I'd say we averaged about and hour and a half each day? lol and that's just to go to dinner). We ate then Bryant, my momma, Alison and I went to this outlet mall, which was absolutley amazing. I almost, almost, almost convinced bryant to buy me a coach wallet, but I settled for a relaly cute orange fossil one instead- such is life. But they had a Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Coach, Fossil and all these amazing stors, so lets just say we were pretty cleaned out when we left. But after we left we went to the other mall to pick up the airbrushed t-shirts for misty (MULLET LOVE) and we got ice cream. Then we went to the hotel where alison and I proceeded to eat at least 50 ice pop things and about a million other things. And we watched L&O again and FOODY CALL! hahaha and the diary of an affair. Then we topped the last night off with some friends.
Then today we got up at 7, to ride home. lol Bryant, alison and I rode together and THANK GOD we did, because my dad got pulled over for going 72 in a 70 mph zone, which was complete bullshit but still. And that gave us a chance to stop at the most rancid gas station ever... good Lord there were flies EVERYWHERE. but anyway let's just say car trips with the three of us involve, lots of food, multiple HP discussions in which we argue many times and come up with lots of theroies, tossing plastic orange things around the car, lots of diet coke, listening to HBP on cd, walnut grove, trying to name all 134 characters, cookies, singing, and Lord only knows what else. So we made it home around 2:15ish and it was an amazing trip.
Alison- I'm so glad you got to come with us. It was so much fun and I love you so much. And you know I was pissy before I left and you made me not think about it for five days which was incredible. Thanks so much for coming babe, I love you.
Anyway yall I probably left out about half of the crazies things that happened (oh like alison prowling on the bed, the incredible amounts of beer consumed on the trip, the sheer amount of food we ate, wiilll you entertain me?, crazy ocean times- like bathing suits almost coming off, practically roasting, reading like crazy and holing ourselves up in the room, and everything else) but it was SO much fun and I had an amazing time. But I'm glad to be back home, because I missed most of yall like crazy. (like HALEY who needs to call me because she's got loads she needs to tell me- I love you chica).
