Those short stubby little library pencils

Have you ever been to the library and realized you didn't have a pen or pencil with you? So you go up to the librarian's desk and he/she gives you one of those short little pencils. ever wonder where they came from? Why they're short?
Nope?
Me neither.

I had the same thought! Why make them short? I'll have to e-mail the guy and explain it in his next video.
