Ouran High School Host Club.
It is officially the only shoujo anime I have ever enjoyed that much. (Though it's really more of a parody of shoujo anime, so does it even count?) I watched the entire subbed series on Funimation's Youtube channel over the last few days, and loved every minute of it. I think this is also the first BONES anime I've seen that actually had a good ending. XD Haruhi and Tamaki are so OTP. &hearts&hearts&hearts Too bad the anime left their relationship open-ended.
Tamaki is my favorite character. He's such an idiot, but a sweet and well-meaning one. :3 (I couldn't help but love this one little scene in the episode that shows how the twins came to join the host club, where the twins ask why Tamaki wants them in the club, and Tamaki responds that it's because they're symmetrical. No, seriously. XDD Given that Tamaki and Death the Kid have the same seiyuu, this was all the more hilarious to me. And as a random side note, Mamoru Miyano is probably my favorite seiyuu ever.) But all the Host Club members are lovable in their own ways. Haruhi and the twins are love as well. Honey is pretty cute too.
I so have to read the manga now.
In other news! I'm going to Seattle with my family a week from tomorrow for a few days. That should be fun, since I like Seattle and it'll be good to get off my rump for once. XD On our last day there we'll be going to Blake Island, where there's this cool show that tells Native American creation myths and serves lunch/dinner too. I've gone there before, it's quite fun. :D We're also going to go on the Space Needle, just so we can say we did. XP
You know, I should really start reading more regular books again. I've been reading so much manga that time for written novels has been squandered. XD
...Well, it's well past midnight here, I'm still wide awake, and FMA is going to air in Japan in about fifteen minutes. Might as well fire up Keyhole!
