Last week I started a new exercise regimen. For the last several months, I've ovulated regularly on day 17/18 with fertile signs showing up around CD 14. I'm on CD 17 now and only just started getting fertile CF, but my temps are still all over the place. I know a lot can shift around an O-date, so I'm just wondering if exercise might be making my jittery temps, too. Here's my chart:
http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1acecd Also, if any of you use the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor, I have another question: This is the first month I've been using it, and it still says I'm low fertility even though my CF and soft, high cervix say I'm bursting with fertility. If I'm not getting "high" fertility days, does that mean I have low estrogen, or is this just the computer thing getting used to my weird body?
Finally (I know, I'm just bursting with questions), does anyone have any recommendations on how to lengthen my LP with home remedies?
