Anyone have any experience charting after an early miscarriage? What was the effect on your next cycle length? I just had a miscarriage at 8 weeks (no expressions of sympathy, please, I'm sure you're all sympathetic, but I don't want to get into it) and I'm curious as to whether I will ovulate at my normal time or not ( Read more... )

Yesterday (3 days after the start of bleeding) my temp was normal pre-O, but today it was a little higher than normal pre-O (basically it's at my coverline). I probably am just still working the hormones out of my system.

Good to know you conceived right after :) I hope I have your good luck!

I have no advice to give, but I read through bits of your journal and your userinfo and I was wondering if it would okay if I added you to my friendslist?

I wasn't charting consistently then, but my next period took a very long time to turn up - like 40 days, I think. I had very bad PMS too - very extreme mood swings. My miscarriage was at 6 weeks.

I didn't chart my first cycle after the m/c, but it was exactly 28 days long. My second cycle was pretty normal, too.

I'm thinking mine might be close to normal too - my cycle is normally 35 days.
