I had so much to watch and now I realise I’ve had too much to watch - I can’t choose where to start, and I’m also getting a little anxious thinking about how much I may end up being disappointed. 1b. Nine months is TOO LONG! I may end up working for a while, in fact. Otherwise I'll have far too little too do.
2. Ooh, good point on it being more about the characters - I kind of loved it for it, but I can see why people may have found it a little more uninteresting because of that.
3. YES, YES, EXACTLY. I'm getting a bit teary just thinking about it, so the ugly tear-restraining-face I made reading this part of your comment should probably go without description. I went in knowing to look out for 'shippy moments, because there'd be plenty on either side, but I was surprised by how much I adored seeing the three of them together like that. (And now it feels right that Harry is there in the scene in the book when R/Hr finally kiss. *feeling mushy* Oh god.) GO AWAY, I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS.
4. For something that plays it as safe as Modern Family does, I'm still so surprised that I've enjoyed it the most out of any comedy this season. And Ty Burrell is perfect as Phil - he could've gone too dumb, too two-dimensional, but a combination of the delightful, subtle sweetness Ty gives the character and the way the writers have fleshed him out makes him one of my favourite people to watch on TV.
5. Do I see a yet there? Please watch it ohmygod I'm psyched that people are psyched for this tiny group of crazy fans! Yayyyyyy.
