Begin Rant/
Well fixing my car is going to cost much more than I was originally quoted. The window regulator is the culprit. See like a year ago I was going to have the window motor fixed well because that’s what they told me was wrong. The guy was like oh its the wrong motor uhm maybe you should have the dealer fix it. So I’m like ok you put the old motor back in there right? He's like uh yeah. Then the window starts sliding down a couple of months later. Sure enough the motor is gone. So I take it to this place and have them set it up so the window stays up. I'm like I'll fix it when I have the money.
So about a week ago I decided now is the time. I bring it in to this place my friend recommended and they're real nice and what not. They get the motor np, fix the side molding np, check the breaks out and replace the front rotors np, check the engine cause it sounds weird np. Oh and find out that the motor probably wasn’t broken to begin with it was the regulator... a fucking wire. Their like you need that replaced too. I'm like ok. Their like its $200 for the part. I'm like a $200 wire?! Their like yeah. So because of that shit way back when I had to replace a motor that probably wasn’t broken plus what was actually broken. They checked the engine found out it was the muffler that’s under warrantee so np. But god I know there's nothing I can do about it now but I almost want to run by that place and just yell at guy from a year ago.
