over and over
today has been a reeeaally long day. i got up and packed, flew back to detroit, suffered lots of ear pain on the flight because i am sick, and then finally made it home. i was about to go upstairs to take a nap (i literally made it up five steps) when the doorbell rang. so i turned around and opened the door and it was jeffrey, who came over to surprise me. so that was sweet. he stayed for a little while then left for his concert. he even gave me this really cute chinese takeout box full of candy.
i tried to take a nap but i'm really jittery today for some reason. i keep fidgeting. my mom thinks it's from my clarinex ... SUPER! that's just what i need. i can't take allegra d or zyrtec because they make me stop eating, so i hope i don't have to stop taking clarinex. it's the only thing keeping me alive at work haha.
sooo after two unsuccessful attempts at napping, i ate dinner with my parents (i'm so sick of eating out!! agh i've been doing it all week. someone please make me a meal!) and then matthew came over and i was starting to get delirious from lack of sleep ... heh ... so that was probably annoying. sorry matt! we went to starbucks and i got chai, which didn't taste quite right. mostly it tasted like feet. oh well. chai was a bad idea anyway ... the milk made my throat hurt again. i hate being allergic to the world. on a completely unrelated note, matt should go to kvcc :D if you see him, tell him. not that anyone will see him. but tell him anyway! okay i'm done with my subtle hints.
ummmm what else ... yeah ... not much to report. had a lot of fun in delaware. ate too much food though. definitely need to get back to running once i'm done being sick since my back is better. still hurts now and again but not like before.
monday i start back at work, but on the morning shift :/ not too happy about that but eh ... hopefully she won't need me there for too long. i also need to tell kim that i have jury duty in a few weeks. bleh!
my lj entries are always so boring. i need to get back to taking goofy ass pictures instead. YES.
aaahhh call me if you're home. i miss everyone a lot a lot a lot. i want to go on crazy misadventures again. if nothing else, you can call and listen to my scratchy old lady voice. i'm not capable of speaking normally at the moment. remember sophomore year when i was sick and i kept trying to say "bark" but it came out all squeaky? yeah i doubt anyone remembers that ... sometimes i miss high school ...
