Battlestar Galactica
Ok I have recently watched the first season of the new Battlestar Galactica. I have really enjoyed the series and must say that the series is very well done.
I like most of the characters and I think the relationships between the characters. My two favourite characters in the series are Commander Adama and Starbuck. Commander Adama has a calm, silent and completely collected command style that is impressive. I am also like his interaction with his sometimes estranged son. His uneasy power struggle between him and President Roslin. The 'old soldier' friendship with Tigh.
I like Starbuck because she kind of has that bad girl with a soft confused spot going on. She's got talent as a pilot but in my mind seems to be looking for a true purpose.
The series was good except the last episode got really freaking trippy and messed up in a number of ways. The two that I found particular really trippy are the President thinks she's the saviour of mankind and the Cylon's can get frigging pregnant. They hinted at the former throughout the series and I should have guess the latter considering how many male humans shag female Cylons throughout the season.
