oh honey, you're not dumping anything. and don't apologize. in my opinion, it's best to let it out.

i know what you're talking about. and if i had a remedy or some grand secret, i would let you in on it. but it's something i struggle with as well. i guess i can say at least you're not alone, but that's just like a sliver of comfort.

but celeste - you are not running out of time. unless you yourself have put up some clock of doom, the only things telling you you're running out of time are external factors. in the end, you have to realize it's your life, and a clock set up by others can't determine an expiration date. of course, this is just my view, and i don't know your circumstance entirely, but it's an idea.
