on the gay marriage front, PG&E donates 250,000 to help defeat the proposal. also, 51% of californians also want to beat the ban. and in extra fashionable gay marraige news, designer jonathan adler and simon doonan (the one who does all the vh1 stuff and is also the creative director for barney's) are getting married.
and 75% of americans are okay with gays in the military.
unfortunately, it can't be all good news, as there is news of recent hate crimes in tulsa and south carolina.

the shooter will also be tired as an adult.
and like lawrence king has taught us while kids are coming out sooner, it doesn't mean that they're completely safe. we've made strides, but we still have a ways to go.
