    Free Writing:
Anyone watching or watched the documentary about Kerry in Vietnam and his actions when he came back? I'm watching it right now, I'm curious on what everyone's reactions are after you watch it, if you watched it. This means both people who liked and disliked it.

Well, the semester is about half over. Grades are looking pretty good, they should get better. I'm probably looking at 4 A's and 2 B's. Maybe 5 A's and 1 B. It just depends. I'm ready for thanksgiving break, it seems like every time I turn around I have an exam or a paper due. Monday I have a german exam and a sociology paper due. Election day I have a Political Science exam, and I'm sure there will be some sort of exam fall in between those two.

I've been looking at a few various diets. I'm not trying to really lose weight just trying to eat more healthy. I used to be pretty picky about the foods I eat but lately not so much. On both sides of my family both of my grandfathers had heart-attacks, so heart problems are in the family. If anyone has any knowledge of certain healthy diets throw some info my way. Again, the diet isn't so much a weight loss type of thing, it's more of a eating healthy thing. So no Adkins diets ideas (thats terrible for your health), No pure vegan or vegetarian diets (again, not very good ... no protein), right now I'm looking at maybe trying a vegetarian along with fish diet. Maybe Chicken too and giving up all red meat. I guess we will see ... I want to read up more on certain foods and diets. Again, any info throw it my way!

We have about 10 days left until election day. All of you Bush supporters make sure you make it out to the polls, even go vote early. Go volunteer at your local Republican Headquarters for the final 72 hour push for the President. Yes, Bush has a slight lead as of now but it's too close to sit around ... lets make that final push and clinch the White House for President Bush.

    Cheap shot of the day:
How stupid is this? Ann Coulter was attacked while speaking by morons with pies. Yes, I will repeat ... morons with pies. Why does activism always have to be violence or aggression of some sort. Activism can be volunteering at local campaign headquarters making phone calls, or going door to door, volunteering at a campaign visit by a candidate, joining your university's college republicans or democrats ... it doesn't have to be blocking traffic with ridiculous signs, hate filled chants, aggressive violent behavior or attempts to disrupt an event. Ok, now sure there is always the little pranks or jokes that are more for poking fun but how about we keep the violence out ... there isn't any room for it. Truth probably has it that half of the individuals acting this way are probably not even registered to vote. For you people, I say wise up. If you are so unpleased with a Candidate, go register to vote, let your voice be heard in the polls, volunteer your time taking part in constructive activism instead of ignorant violent actions that land you in jail. If not, do the country a favor and stay indoors wasting your life away in front of your PS2 and porn films so the rest of us do not have to deal with you.
That is the cheap shot of the day.
