First off...i would like to commend all those ppl who had the courage and the passion to stand up for what they believe in. It is an extremely nice trait to know that you care about others. Mrs Easton's silence day EQUALS amazing...
but at the same time....it was extremely saddening to see so many young people losing what it is that youth stands for. Youth, in my opinion, should fight for things new...fight for what the older generations can not see is right. And sadly...it seems many kids/teens/whoever lost respect for equality and other things...and the day of silence was a waste of time and energy for all who participated partly because so many are ignorant. This is an issue that does not require silence...in fact just the opposite. After seeing the reaction in school today, it looks like those of us who know what is right are gonna have to use our voices. It's not gonna be easy...SO SPEAK UP!!! DONT BE SILENCED!!!
BE HEARD!
