I dont know you,
you made feel like i could,
strip away all that stood
in the way of who was really me,
I gave you a chance to see.
striped away all the lies,
and told you everything,
showed you my core,
that no one else had seen,
guess you were'nt ready for me.

Now we are left to make up a story,
of how all this went down really,
what makes you think,
your perspective is right,

the intentions behind my actions,

you know me better than i do.

I gave all i knew how to give.
i searched
and searched
for what you were thinking and
what made you happy.
except here is the problem.
everytime i tried to make you happy,
you assumed my intentions.

my intention are selfish
you never asked me
i pride my self on my intentions.
thats how i see me.
i showed you the closest thing to me
no one else has ever seen
and what did you do,
you misinterperated my actions
put me into a catagory
and crushed what was me.

All i wanted was to make you happy,
give you what you gave me.
but if you couldnt put in the effort
to try to believe in my actions
and try see,
"do guys really love me for me?"

all i can offer is my perspective:
I meet this type of person,
i never knew existed,
showed me things
that made me question,
through my eyes you are
like no other
im sorry i couldnt see
something in you that was different
from what every other guy saw.

i truely hope more than anything right now
that you find a person that sees something in you
no one else saw.
if thats what makes you happy.
