Update Yo.
Hi, my name is Pat, and I need to study for my Religions midterm tomorrow, so I'm having my girlfriend Shannon type up an update for me. Here's what I've been up the past few days.
Saturday Shannon came around 5 and I got her food at the SAC because she is fat. I didn't eat because I'm too skinny to eat, even though that makes no sense.
Sunday morning we woke up and showered and went to some gaaayy museum at UPenn because Shannon had to go, but I liked the Buddha statues and I want one. And I took pictures of them with Shannon's camera. And I plotted to throw Shannon onto the subway tracks and trap her so a train would run her over and the rats would eat her body, but it didn't work out.
This is a picture of Avalokitesvara. I have seen depictions of him as having a few arms or many arms. In Tibet he is often portrayed with a thousand arms, each hand with an eye in it, symbolising the seeing and reaching out to help those in distress. In China however Avalokitesvara is more usually represented as a beautiful white robed woman and is known as Kwan Yin.
This is a picture of a regular buddha. It was like 5-6 feet tall. Very impressive.
And this last one was from China and is another God in Buddhism that (obviously by the looks of him) is one of something bad. I forget what it was exactly.
I obviously like things like this and I think they are way cool. I like different religions (especially polytheistic ones). Anwyays...
When we got back we found out the Say Anything show was sold out and I never got tickets. I'm a dickhole. Then Shannon left.
Later I went to J&H and ate with my friends and then watched Resident Evil 2 and it was good.
Yesterday it was back to classes. Blaaah. I went to my religion lecture then to American Ethnicity where I took a quiz and got a 4/5. I'm cool. Then I went to my last class which I think is asian religions although I'm not really typing this so I can't tell you for sure. Yesterday in the afternoon I watched Dawn of the Dead and after took a nap. Last night I had a few drinks here and listened to some rap that I downloaded and it was fun. I randomly IMed Sam(psikoticsilver) and a kid from IH last night and I forget what I said. Oh, and it snowed way too much yesterday.
TODAYYY I went to my programming lab and before it I ran into Sam(psikoticsilver) where he mentioned the events of last night. lol. Oooops. It was about time that we met each other. I got done early in my lab so I went to Dunkin' Donuts because I lauf it. In my lecture I got back my midterm and I got a 96 which is awesome. Then I text messaged Shannon a couple times and woke her up when she would have gotten to sleep in because she had a snow day, but didn't. But it's okay because today is our thirty month anniversary and I had to be the first one to say it.
Then I went to IH and Shannon forgot what she was supposed to say about this.
I actually made a really funny comment about God's relationship to Job being like a man who beats his wife. I only meant to imply that the similarities of why they stay together and it relates to fear and not wanting change and such. About 5 religious people fainted and my teacher died with laughter and said, "Am I the only one who thinks that is funny?" I thought I was gonna be lynched. I guess not. I still believe in God though but people just overreact. haha
Kyle and I tried to watch Chronicles of Riddick but it was bad and I fell asleep. Boo.
Then I called Shannon and told her to write this. TA-DA!

I edited some things and what not. Also Amanda is going to be coming here I think after spring break with Phil and we are all gonna hang out. It should be coool yo.
