Tuesday's (Almost) Gone...
Congrats to all who've taken the Me Quiz so far! The average score is 45 (so far), but that's not too bad... really! (Even my father only got 55!)
Is there anyone out there who thinks I should do a second part? I know I've got questions... but do you have the answers? [place evil laugh here]
*ahem* ANYways... I should crash soon as Jae finally fell asleep, but I had better shave first. Why, you ask?
No, it's not just because I'm a week scruffy but [place drumroll here]... I go into the "templace" in the morning to finish giving background info so I can start working Thursday! Yes, that soon! It's not the employment I mentioned on 1st, but can I still hear a Helsyeh!? I knew you could...!
But, yes, I'll be working in St. Paul (edge of downtown, I'm told) on a day shift 40hrs a week for a decent wage at a financial/insurance agency. It's temp-to-hire, but I'm sure I'll be just fine!
We had water issues in Jae's room a few days ago, runoff from the roof that found a way through the wall and a low spot in her ceiling *sigh*... although the apartment repair dude said it was worse upstairs (go figure). So her bed's been in the living room since, though she's been off-and-on with her sleeping *deep sigh*.
They were also doing work on the pool tonight, so there's an odd fish smell (due to pool filter being unclogged, he said) in the hallway tonight. Oi!
Now if only this fraggin' headache would stop... it's been days, damn it all!
But, yehhh, I'd better shave and crash before I'm too fraggin' tired to shave. Already turned on the electric blanket (yay for technology... gods, do I love warmth!).
